Amanda & “Rubber Ducky” Riverhead, NY

Some sessions carry a little more meaning.

This one was especially close to home—a dear friend and her horse, taking time to document a chapter they didn’t expect. With an injury putting things on pause, we chose not to wait for “someday,” but to capture what is, right now.

What could have been a heavy moment became something softer—intentional, emotional, and filled with quiet gratitude. A reminder that even in difficult seasons, there is still beauty worth preserving.

These images are more than portraits. They’re a silver lining—honest, heartfelt memories from a time that asked for stillness, and gave space for connection.
